What are the ingredients of Cherritos coffee?

100% arabica coffee granules are used to make our coffee. Natural, organic ingredients are blended with the coffee. It doesn’t have any artificial ingredients, dairy, sugar, or preservatives added.

What is the net weight of the coffee?

Our packets contain 50g of coffee and make about 25 cups.

How many calories per serving?

Our coffee has only 5 calories per serving.

Is the coffee vegan & gluten free?

Yes, our instant coffee is vegan, gluten-free and perfect for those following a keto lifestyle.

Can I make black coffee with Cherritos Coffee?

Yes, Just add some hot water to 1 full teaspoon of Cherritos coffee. 

How to prepare a cup of Cherritos coffee?

Take 1 heaped teaspoon of our coffee powder

Add hot milk for lattes or cold milk for frappés (use hot water for black coffee)

Add sugar as per taste

Mix the ingredients and good to go!

What is the shelf life of the instant coffee?

Our instant coffee has a shelf life of 18 months. However, we would advise you to consume it within 3 months of breaking the seal.  

Does your instant coffee contain any preservatives or added sugar?

Our instant coffee contains no artificial preservatives or additives and zero added sugar.  

What are the Different Grinds of Coffee Available

We have eight types – Aeropress, FrenchPress, Home Strainer, MokaPot, Pour Over Coffee Machine, Espresso, South Indian Filter. In addition to these grinds, we also have whole beans.

How Many Cups of Coffee Can I Make Using Ground Coffee

This will depend on the grind type and the equipment that you are using. An AeroPress will yield about 14-16 cups with our 250gm Ground Coffee. On the other hand, a Moka Pot will yield about 10-12 cups of coffee. These amounts may vary depending on how much coffee you put in per cup!

Is Your Fine Grind Coffee Same as Instant Coffee?

No, the fine grind coffee is not instant coffee powder and has to be brewed in an Espresso machine or Moka Pot.

Why Does It Not Dissolve In Milk or Water When Boiled?

Our ground coffee is not instant coffee, and will not dissolve in water or milk directly. We recommend using coffee equipment associated with the grind size to brew your coffee.

How Long Does The Coffee Stay Fresh For?

The shelf life of our coffee is 12 months. Once roasted and ground, the bags are sealed immediately to retain the freshness. The packaging has a one way valve that doesn’t let in any oxygen, so the coffee stays fresh. You can even keep the coffee in its original packaging without using another jar/container to store it.

How Much Caffeine Does Your Ground Coffee Have?

Generally, the caffeine content is 80mg per 10 gm of dry coffee. The method you use to brew yours will determine the approximate caffeine content. For example, a cup of French Press coffee can range anywhere between 80-130mg per cup.

What payment methods are available?

We accept Paytm, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM etc.), Net Banking, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express cards issued by banks in India and abroad.

How do I cancel or modify my order?

Drop us an email on connect@cherritos.com mentioning your order number and we will be happy to help. Please note that requests for changes or cancellations must be made before the order is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, we will not be able to modify or cancel your order.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 7 days from the date of cancellation. If you do not receive your refund within 7 working days, please chat with us or email us at connect@cherritos.com.

I received a wrong item

Please email us an image of the product received along with your order number on connect@cherritos.com We will be happy to send you a replacement.

Missing items

Did we miss an item in your order? Please email us on connect@cherritos.com along with your order number. We will be happy to resolve this for you.

Can I return the product received?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on food and beverage products. If you receive a broken or damaged product, please email us on connect@cherritos.com and we will be happy to send you a replacement.

I received a broken or damaged product

Please email us an image of the broken/damaged product along with your order number on connect@cherritos.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to send you a replacement. 

How do I track my order?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once dispatched, you can track your order on our website. Please chat with us or email us at connect@cherritos.com if you are unable to track your order. 

How long does delivery take?

Depending on your location orders are typically delivered in 4-6 working days. 

I want to change my address/phone number?

Please email us on connect@cherritos.com with your order number and updated address before your order is dispatched. We will do our best to help! 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 250.

Do you ship outside India?

We do not have International Shipping presently, we hope to enable it soon.
